- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The grocery store itself is very well fun, clean, well stocked and exceptional friendly staff. The pharmacy on the other hand is the worse I have ever seen. They are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. When their is an issue they only think in linear terms of yes and no and have no problem solving skills. When you call they answer "stop & shop pharmacy hold". This staff needs customer service and how to act professionally. It is astounding how detached and robotic they are. I'm completely stunned! Although given that the pharmacist from Adams came over, I'm not surprised he was horrible to deal with when he owned Adams.September 12, 2017by Paul R
